Blocking: this branch does not build against current develop. StellarSplit still imports sendBatch after the branch removes that export, and the offline queue tests/types expect the newer structured enforceQueueCap result while this branch restores the old array return. The focused suite also has four failures and Prettier rejects three changed files. Rebase and preserve the current queue and batch APIs while removing ts-nocheck.

Current head still cannot merge and does not satisfy issue #216. src/components/StellarSend.tsx:1 still contains @ts-nocheck. pnpm build fails because StellarSplit imports the removed sendBatch export and offlineQueueStore expects the structured enforceQueueCap result; the focused queue/batch suite fails 4 of 69 tests, and Prettier rejects three changed files. Please rebase while preserving the current develop APIs, remove the directive, and rerun the build and focused tests.

Blocking on the current head 3662fbf. The latest update introduces a duplicate id prop on the Stellar memo input and removes exported queue/batch functionality, including addEntry, enforceQueueCap, submitBatchTransaction, and executeBatchSend, leaving existing callers/tests without their APIs. GitHub also shows no repository CI runs for this head. Please restore the required exports/behavior, remove the duplicate JSX prop, and run the normal build and test workflows.

Follow-up from the now-authorized CI run 40084865872 on exact head 3662fbf: unit tests fail 11 of 490 across three files. The queue failures confirm addEntry and enforceQueueCap are no longer functions, and the batch validation assertion also fails. The build job stops at format:check on StellarSendView.tsx, batchSend.ts, and buildSendStellarAsset.ts. This confirms the previously requested API restoration and formatting fixes are required before review can continue.
Overview
This PR removes
@ts-nocheckfrom the primary Stellar send component and restores full type checking across it. To make that possible without weakening shared SDK types, transaction building and network calls are split into focused, testable modules, and the send view is separated from the send logic. Stale merged APIs are updated to their current typed equivalents.Related Issue
