Empty remains a source-only certification candidate; this PR does not expand the published 1.1.0 certification claim. The separate protected publication-environment decision remains deferred.
The 1.2.0 license notice URLs are pinned to the prepared package's own version. The existing
mainrelease workflow createsv1.2.0before dispatching npm publication, so those URLs become available before the package is published. Historical 1.1.0 provenance remains intact.After this replacement PR exists, #100 can be closed as superseded.
