Summary

Documents new @wolfstar/plugin-gateway application, monetization, and message/thread APIs.

Changes

• Application: application commands and permissions manager (fetch-only, set() overwrite warning, bearer token for permission writes), application emojis, and monetization (entitlements, fetchSKUs(), subscriptions(sku)).
• Events: entitlementCreate/entitlementUpdate/entitlementDelete.
• Messages: Message#threadable, guild-only ChannelMessagesGuildOnly paths, crosspost with a message, client.channels.createMessage, and thread create option validation.
• Utilities: transformResolved with messages, attachments, and channelId.
• Errors: new error codes table.

The ci failure on this PR comes from oxfmt --check, not from mint validate. documentation/packages/plugin-gateway.mdx isn't formatted: the <Warning> block in the application commands section wraps at the wrong width, and the error codes table has a column wider than its content.

I reproduced it with pnpm install --frozen-lockfile and then pnpm lint. oxlint reported 0 warnings and 0 errors, and oxfmt --check flagged only that file. pnpm lint:fix rewrote 12 lines of that file and nothing else. After that, pnpm lint passes.

I could not push the fix. push_branch refused with "run is not scoped to PR #96". The commit 3a413d1 (style(packages): format plugin-gateway mdx with oxfmt) exists only in this run's ephemeral checkout and is lost when the run ends.

To fix it, run pnpm lint:fix on mintlify/579a6f3d and commit the one-file result, or re-run the repair with this PR as its trigger. I did not run mint validate because it hangs in the runner sandbox.
