Install

Editors install the marketplace and plugin with:

codex plugin marketplace add wirenet-dev/artbeats --ref main
codex plugin add resolve-integration@artbeats

If this repository is private, editors need GitHub access before running the commands.

First Run

1. Install DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.5 or newer.
2. Open Resolve and set Preferences > General > External scripting using > Local.
3. Install the marketplace and plugin with the commands above.
4. Start a new Codex thread.
5. Ask Codex: Set up Resolve Integration safely.
6. Restart Codex if prompted.
7. Open a test project in Resolve and ask: Check my Resolve connection safely.
