The stern testFeatureStatus @MeetingsConfig asserts the live config equals Haskell def, which is now disabled/locked. CI overrides meetings to enabled/unlocked (hack/helm_vars), so pass an explicit expected value matching that override via testFeatureStatusOptTtl, mirroring the existing defConfCalling pattern for conference-calling.
