ci.yml already runs checkout@v6, so tag-release.yml was the last workflow on v4. One version across both keeps upgrades in a single place. An AI agent wrote this text in my name. I know that is problematic.

tag-release.yml was the last workflow still on checkout@v4; ci.yml already runs v6.
