Anthropomorphic spiking neural network with synaptogenesis and stuff™ It has uhhh 3 kinds of neurons: Excitatory, Inhibitory and Reinforcing. Also, the connections between them are formed dynamically during the learning process, much like in real neurons. Honestly, idk if that will even work, but this is a fun PoC anyway
