Tailmox configures Tailscale Services through
tailscale serve --service, which requires Tailscale v1.86.0 or newer.This change validates the installed Tailscale version, upgrades older clients during installation, and fails clearly if the required version is still unavailable. It also adds focused coverage for supported, older, and malformed versions.
Tests:
./tailmox test(all 38 test files passed).
