Classification acceptance passed: mobile-web + Relay selected both Linux binary/Relay jobs and skipped the Desktop matrix. The duplicate long build was cancelled after scheduling was proven because the unchanged Relay producer already passed end-to-end in run 32811876445 and the official PR is running the same producer set.
