feat: install the Apple plugin as a symlink - #54

install-plugin is replaced by plugin --install and plugin --uninstall. Homebrew upgrades follow the opt symlink so brew does not write /usr/local.
Both plugin changes are archived; `specs/plugin.md` holds the symlink contract; wiki links point at the archive.
Registered MiniTest cases are 1147.
Drop the opencode OCI feature and install OpenCode v2 from install-tools.sh. Wiki matches that layout.
