Login to Contao backend. --> articles --> new Element --> Content Memory Types:

single element: the whole-in-one standard element with texts and headlines for both sides of a single memory card
front: the front side of a content memory element including other content elements.
back: the back side of a content memory element including other content elements.
end: the end of a content memory element

A Content Memory element needs to have a front, a back, and an end.
