ScopePatch helps independent web designers handle one new client request against an agreed fixed-price scope. Save the original wording, mark relevant evidence, make your own decision, and edit a reply. You supply hours and rate; code calculates the estimate.
Try the free web preview → No account or AI key needed for the manual workflow. Start with Sample project or use a redacted project scope. Share workflow feedback — issues are public, so leave out client names, contracts and personal details.
Early source release. The full Expo + Supabase project is supplied in ScopePatch-source.zip. This repository currently distributes an archive; a browsable source tree is still pending. Hosted AI is not active. There are no customer or revenue results to report.
Download and extract the source archive. Node.js 22+ and pnpm are required.
unzip ScopePatch-source.zip
cd ScopePatch
pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
pnpm webChoose Sample project, review manually, select a decision, then write a reply. For additional work enter your own hours and hourly rate. Copying never sends a message.
The free browser preview is hosted on GitHub Pages. Project data is saved in this browser and can be lost if its storage is cleared; it does not sync between devices. Local setup above is also available. Native device behavior and App Store release remain unverified.
| Step | Responsible |
|---|---|
| Find related scope wording and suggest questions | Optional AI, when a backend is configured |
| Check that a quoted passage really exists | Code |
| Decide whether work is included or additional | Human |
| Set hours and rate, edit and send a reply | Human |
| Calculate money | Exact decimal code |
Missing wording does not prove a request is additional. A literal quote match does not prove the model interpreted it correctly. Editing reply text clears its separately recorded amount, so history does not present an old quote as the edited agreement.

31 behavioral, server and SQL tests pass. TypeScript and production web export pass. The archive includes the source, tests, 16 synthetic AI evaluation cases, optional backend, original brand assets, promotional artwork, and validation/launch plans. Live model quality and hosted authentication are not yet verified.
Tell us what made the workflow useful or awkward. Please use fictional or redacted examples, never client contracts or personal details. We are testing whether the workflow earns repeated use; this is not a claim of a new category or validated demand.
