Agent Identity Registry Protocol — Community Group

This is the GitHub repository of the W3C Agent Identity Registry Protocol Community Group.

The group develops shared understanding, use cases, requirements, and community specifications for cross-organizational AI agent identity, authorization, and trust infrastructure. Its work takes inspiration from the ARIA Protocol (Agent Registry for Identity & Authorization), an open protocol stewarded by TrustLayer Foundation A.C.

Note: 'ARIA' here refers to the Agent Registry for Identity & Authorization protocol. It is unrelated to W3C WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications).
