This pull request adds support for the BC660 modem to the TinyGSM library, including TLS connections.
Added support for BC660 modem:
src/TinyGsmClient.h: AddedTinyGsmBC660typedefs (TinyGsm,TinyGsmClient,TinyGsmClientSecure) and included theTinyGsmClientBC660.hheader file under theTINY_GSM_MODEM_BC660preprocessor condition.
