Adds the offline Ratatui executable using the shared Rust engine directly. Bundled English/original quotes, all five modes, local content packs, CLI/settings/private editor, Unicode cell rendering, explicit keyboard capabilities, durable SQLite history/PBs/export and opt-in native replay. No accounts, sync or network runtime.
Versioned platform archives include notices/checksums and matching vendored corresponding source. Separate five-target native CI leaves ordinary website deployment independent. Publication requires an explicitly pushed authorized tag and recorded real-terminal verification.
Validation: 19 terminal integration tests, real basic/enhanced-protocol PTY lifecycle/input/history/replay, process-kill durability, isolated Linux archive install with empty PATH, vendored offline source compile, fresh-checkout native/Cloudflare build/Wrangler/all nine typechecks. Full website/native/Wasm CI 40064612700 passes; browser Wasm bytes exactly match Stage 2 (765852 raw / 303619 gzip6). No reference fixtures or budgets changed.
Draft: macOS/Windows platform archive jobs are being resolved/verified. Real Linux enhanced terminal, macOS emulator and Windows Terminal manual checks remain unperformed; machine/test access requested. No release or production deployment published. Progress/evidence: docs/rust-engine/progress.md and terminal-release.md.
