GitHub backup controls were split across three settings sections, even when GitHub was disconnected, making setup and status hard to find.
Combine sign-in, repository selection, backup, and status in one Backup & sync section. Show repository controls only after sign-in, update related shortcuts, and cover the flow in browser tests.
Validation:
vp check,vp run check,vp test, andvp run test(63 browser tests passed).
