The default folder action occupied a full-width banner above the icon grid. Render it as a folder tile in the grid so it remains selectable alongside the other icons.
The icon picker needs room for the default folder choice. Remove Bookmark from the available options and component map to leave a balanced four-row grid with the new default tile.

The default folder action currently occupies a full-width banner above the icon choices. This PR moves it into the icon grid as a selectable folder tile, then removes Bookmark so the default tile fits into a balanced four-row grid.
