Let the cat display in every spaces on macOS

🚀 Ideal Solution

Currently on macOS, BongoCat is only visible on the Space (virtual desktop) where its window is located. When switching to another Space, the cat disappears until switching back.

It would be nice if the BongoCat window could appear on all macOS Spaces, so the cat remains visible when switching between desktops.

BongoCat should stay visible in the same position when switching between macOS Spaces.

This behavior was also supported in the previous ayangweb/BongoCat implementation. For reference: ayangweb/BongoCat#968 (fix: make BongoCat visible on all macOS desktops/spaces).
