…NTS.md and CONTRIBUTING.md Rewrite README, QUICKSTART, SUMMARY, docs/RELEASE, docs/architecture, and CHANGELOG prose for concision and clarity (McCloskey's Economical Writing principles + ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English). Code blocks, flags, tables, and commands are unchanged. Add AGENTS.md: build/test commands, code layout, and testing conventions, verified against the actual source and CI config. Add CONTRIBUTING.md, informed by patterns across issues #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #12, #13, #15, #17, #19, #20, #25: recurring known issues (405 auth failures, single-writer store locking, auth-then-sync-immediately), the issue-first-then-PR process, and what the project will and won't build for free. Static HTML/CSS/JS page under website/ — no build step. Hallmark editorial/Workbench build: hero + install command, a two-tab live terminal demo (whatsapp-cli's real sync progress output, plus an honestly-labeled illustrative chat_backup_agent.py sample script over the real messages table schema), a command reference table sourced from README.md, and a credits nod to openclaw/wacli (verified via GitHub's API: "Heavily inspired by whatsapp-cli by Vicente Reig", created by @steipete). Design tokens in tokens.css, component/layout styles in style.css, tab switching + typewriter animation + copy-to-clipboard in demo.js. Passed the Hallmark slop-test (58 gates) after fixing a tag-left/ header-right section head and an inline OKLCH value found in review. website/README.md documents local preview and flags that the publish step into oss.vicente.services/whatsapp-cli isn't wired up yet.
