Add a repository field (type, git+https url, and per-package directory) to all 14 packages. npm/sigstore provenance verification requires repository.url to be present and to normalize to the source repo; the git+https form matches the provenance bundle without ambiguity, and directory points each package at its subfolder in the monorepo.
