feat(eve): let eve channel onMessage replace a turn's client context

Summary

Request clientContext always reaches the model as sent, and a channel can't change it. onMessage can add context, but that stays in session history. So a channel that checks client state can't swap the client's copy for the checked one. Now onMessage can read the request's clientContext and return a replacement for that turn.

Both sides use one shape, ClientContextValue: a string, a string array, or a JSON object. eve labels only client-supplied entries Client context:. Omit clientContext to keep the request's context; return [] to drop it. Input-response requests keep their own context, because onMessage does not run for them.

Merge danger: two-way door, but it adds public API to the eve channel. Existing apps see no change: request context passes through with the same label.

Validation

• pnpm --filter eve exec vitest run --config vitest.unit.config.ts src/public/channels/ src/eve-channel/ src/client/ src/channel/ src/harness/tool-loop.test.ts: 109 files, 1,927 tests pass.
• pnpm run typecheck in packages/eve and e2e/fixtures/agent-basic-runtime: pass.
• pnpm lint, pnpm docs:check, pnpm guard:invariants: pass.
• New e2e eval channel-client-context.eval.ts runs only in CI. It has not run yet.
