Summary

Experimental SDK types and optional integration packages should not control eve's public contracts. Give decisions, Slack cards, Twilio webhooks, sandbox settings, and telemetry settings eve-owned shapes. Keep SDK authentication, validation, retries, and eval diagnostics internal. Remove the Vercel Drive re-export and Next.js config aliases, and narrow ambient Workflow modules to documented authoring helpers. Chat SDK adapters retain their upstream class identity. Related to #4930; stacked on #4954. Declaration chunk copying and client validator separation ship independently in #4999.

Validation

Built eve, emitted declarations, and passed the eve package typecheck.
55 focused unit tests passed for Slack cards, Twilio verification, firewall policies, Vercel settings, and Next.js configuration.
45 integration tests passed for decisions, model selection, eval judges, and Next.js configuration. The decision tests cover cancellation, validation, retries, SDK metadata isolation, and unsupported model specifications.
17 approval policy unit tests passed during the decision migration.
All three docs checks, the invariant guard, focused lint, formatting, and git diff --check passed.
Refreshed public exports and only unpublished capability metadata. No published contract history changed.
Full integration/scenario tiers and e2e were not run locally. Full packed entry-point portability remains the final stack checkpoint.

Review follow-through

Provider instances now require an actual doDecide or doEvaluate method in the owned structural model contract. The identity-only negative case fails both static checking and runtime validation; future specification versions still reach SDK validation. All 28 decision/model/judge integration cases and the package typecheck pass. Restacked above the reviewed #4954 head.
