- Add a stateful Jira Cloud service with REST v2/v3, JQL search, Agile boards and sprints, webhooks, Atlassian OAuth 2.0, inspector, and seed support.
- Register Jira in the CLI package, release workflow, and example config.
- Document the supported surface and cover it with jira.js conformance tests against a real local server.
- New @emulators/jira package: Jira Cloud REST API v3/v2, JQL search
(/search/jql with nextPageToken, legacy /search), issues, transitions,
changelog, comments, watchers, worklogs, links, projects, users,
Agile boards and sprints, admin and dynamic webhooks, Atlassian
OAuth 2.0 (3LO) with the /ex/jira/{cloudId} gateway, seed config,
and an inspector.
- Conformance tests drive the emulator through jira.js with response
schema validation enabled.
- Register jira in the CLI, example config, release workflow, README,
skills, and docs site.
