prep-compact is now better-compact and prep-exit is now handoff. With cc-wrap-up installed, /better-compact audits, saves, compacts and resumes in one go: no block to paste, no Compact now press. After merge, uninstall prep-compact@vdsmon-skills and install better-compact and handoff; a plain plugin update won't pick up the new names.

• better-compact hands its result to cc-wrap-up's ready tool with now: true. The mod compacts as soon as the skill's turn ends, then sends the follow-up as the next prompt.
• The band still waits for a press when a question is held back, when the skill advises against compacting, or when the turn was aborted. A prompt sent before the compaction starts calls it off.
• The compact message now only steers the summarizer: what to keep (decisions, exact hashes and paths, held-back items) and what to drop. The summarizer already reads the whole transcript, so the message no longer retells it. The follow-up carries only the next action, so the two don't overlap anymore.
• Without cc-wrap-up, or on Codex, better-compact prints the two blocks as before.
• handoff is the save-and-leave skill under its new name. Only the name changed.
• Versions: better-compact 2.0.0, handoff 1.0.0, cc-wrap-up 1.1.0.

Tested with mise run verify, mise run test, and mise run test:wrap-up (51 pass, 5 new). Two live runs on Haiku in a scratch repo both compacted and ran the follow-up with no press, including one with a prompt queued mid-turn. That's experiment 35 in docs/experiments.md.
