cc-dazzle: one job per color, fewer frames, calmer stretches - #78

Each color now has one job. Prompts draw in the text color, headings and table headers in lavender, numbers in peach, flags in maroon, paths in blue, bullets and quote bars in grey. Red marks only failures and green only success, through new success and error tokens. Alerts use Mocha hexes, bold text stays in the text color, and diff counts take the same green and red as the lines under them. Diagrams keep their own hues. H1 is a bold title over a heavy rule instead of a heavy box, H2 is bold alone, and every frame shares one grey. A code block's copy button moves to the label row above the box. Stretch paragraphs now color code, numbers, paths, headings, bullets and quotes the way the rest of the reply does. The words a click just added keep the text color, and a grey bar in the gutter marks their lines until another stretch opens or a prompt is sent. The closer is grey.
