During testing for lztp - i noticed that the namespace and service account were not automatically updating to the correct values for openshift-eso. This will detect if using openshift-eso or golang-eso and make the correct adjustments, if using both, it will add a comma-separated list (ocp-external-secrets,golang-external-secrets)
