Two documentation items, independent of any code change.

1. The demo video is published and the project is submitted.
demo/SUBMISSION.md still carried TODO(owner): upload demo/claimscene-demo.mp4 to YouTube ... then paste the URL here. That is done. The URL is now stated as fact, added to the submission-fields list beside the app and repo URLs, and the owner checklist has its finished items struck through, leaving only the one that is genuinely still open (keep the app reachable through judging on Aug 11).

2. README status badges, in a row under the title and above the hero image: CI, licence, live app, demo video, Devpost.

Verified rather than assumed, since a broken badge is worse than no badge:

Claim Check
Workflow filename .github/workflows/ci.yml exists
Licence is MIT LICENSE line 1 is MIT License
All five badge/link URLs HTTP 200
Devpost slug is really ours page title is ClaimScene | Devpost
YouTube id is really our video title is ClaimScene: accident photos into an honest schematic and a disclosed AI illustration

No code, no video rebuild, no demo asset touched.

The demo video is on YouTube and the project is submitted on Devpost, so
SUBMISSION.md's owner checklist no longer describes reality. It carried a
TODO telling the owner to upload the video and paste the URL, which is now
done: https://youtu.be/nc0sY2RRYcY. Stated as fact rather than as an
instruction, added to the submission-fields list beside the app and repo
URLs, and the checklist items that are finished are struck through with
only the genuinely open one (keep the app reachable through judging) left
live.

README gains a badge row under the title: CI, licence, the live Cloud Run
app, the demo video and the Devpost submission. Each was checked rather
than assumed -- the workflow really is ci.yml, LICENSE really is MIT, and
all five URLs return 200, with the Devpost and YouTube pages confirmed to
be ClaimScene's own rather than soft-404s. The hero image stays where it
was, below the badges.
