Description for Hidden Attribute should include Procedures

Change Hidden attribute "Applicable to:" list and description to include procedures or members of Class, CoClass, and Interface.

Something like this:

Hidden (optional Bool)
Syntax: [Hidden [ ( True | False ) ] ]

Applicable to: Class, CoClass, Interface, and individual procedures

Hides the interface, class, or an individual procedure from certain IntelliSense and other lists.
