No separator between the title and subtitle in the template

In OJS article template, a title and subtitle have a separator (usually a colon in English). When the same article title is displayed in the Forthcoming plugin, there is no colon due to the lack of a separator in the template: https://github.com/tsv-fi/forthcoming/blob/master/templates/content.tpl#L32

Looking at this I think there are two options:

• use the separator and have the title with the same style and on the same row
• do not use a separator but have the subtitle on another row and with a different style.

Maybe the latter would make more sense in a listing?

I think it would make sense to display the title in the Forthcoming plugin in the same way that OJS displays it when it's published (assuming it's consistent across all themes & languages - that I'm not sure about).

I think the way the example you showed is showing the landing page title is theme specific. The default theme would show the subtitle on a separate row.

It could be that this is actually a theme style related problem where the default theme would show the titles correctly, did not have time to check yet though.
