NetLabelToTraceSolver recovers a trace between two net-label pins that are only approximately aligned, within MAX_NAMED_NET_RECOVERY_PERPENDICULAR_OFFSET. It emits the raw two-point path, so the result is a 4.71-long wire carrying 0.01 of vertical drift: a visibly slanted schematic trace.

The test pins current behaviour, asserting the slanted segment is present and that the recovery itself does happen. Test only, no lib/ changes. The fix is in #1097.
