Closes #633

Summary

  • Delegate POST /escrows/:id/dispute to DisputeSagaService.escalate() and require JWT authentication.
  • Derive the initiator from the authenticated wallet; the saga enforces depositor/beneficiary authorization.
  • Require active state for API escalation while preserving chain-originated dispute handling and the saga's per-escrow concurrency guard.
  • Add route and saga tests and update the OpenAPI snapshot.

Context

Reviewed the authorization changes from #445 and the concurrency protection from #390.

Testing

  • Not run: Node.js/npm and local dependencies are unavailable in the editing environment.
  • Editor diagnostics: clean.
  • git diff --check: passed.
