The upgrade action creates its pull request through create-pull-request without passing an author, so the commit falls back to that action's default of `github.actor`. On a schedule GitHub resolves `github.actor` to a fixed user who has nothing to do with the upgrade, and a squash merge then copies that user into a `Co-authored-by:` trailer, crediting them for every weekly upgrade. Expose `author` and `committer` as passthrough inputs so the commit can be attributed to the bot that opens the pull request. Both defaults are the create-pull-request defaults, so existing behaviour is unchanged.
