Specified as target calendar for the filter method. Additionally makes sure to cast GTFS Enum columns to type Int64 and make sure that service_ids present in calendar_dates are also present in calendar.

This MR adds another target (
calendar) to the filter method and allows filtering for date range by specifying a start and an end date.calendar_datesis also filtered accordingly.
