We're planning the upgrade to Expo SDK 57 / RN 0.86.2 / React 19.2. Before we start:

Is 5.4.0 supported on RN 0.86 with the New Architecture?
Any known issues with RN 0.86 (headless tasks, foreground service, cold-start) we should know about?
Is there a minimum plugin version you'd recommend for Expo SDK 57?

the SDK has supported new arch for a fairly long time now. I'm not aware of any issues.

Is there a minimum plugin version you'd recommend for Expo SDK 57?

You should be using the latest v5 version.
