I got this to compile on Ubuntu 20.04

It require some change to cusparse for the new SDK. I am patching it to new API.

If anyone is interested I have better build instruction now for cuda-10.2/gcc8. Unless you know how to fix the deprecated function for Cuda 11.2, which I don't.
