docs: add comprehensive getting started guide

This PR adds a comprehensive getting started guide covering:

• Complete installation (Go, etcd, NATS, Docker)
• Quick start with working code examples
• Configuration deep dive with common pitfalls
• Cluster deployment guide with architecture diagram
• Performance optimization tips
• 8+ FAQ with solutions

This guide covers standalone and cluster modes with production deployment examples.
