Retire Model Router: Prism in Chromeria replaced it #155

What: Mark Model Router retired and superseded by Prism in Chromeria, remove any leftover install from the maintainer's machines, then archive this repository again.
Why: Chromeria's Prism absorbed Model Router's job, and the T3 routes Model Router calls (/api/prism/snapshot, /api/prism/liveness, /api/orchestration/dispatch) no longer exist in Chromeria, so it cannot run. The repository was archived on 2026-10-01 with a README that still describes it as Prism's runtime.
So what: The repository was unarchived only to land the README notice. After the user approves and merges the PR, the agent archives it again (archiving approved by the user on 2026-10-12).

Outcome

• README.md opens with a retired notice that links Prism in Chromeria.
• GLOSSARY.md opens with a pointer to Chromeria's system glossary; AGENTS.md lists the connected projects and says the repository is retired.
• No Model Router install remains on any of the maintainer's machines (Codex, Claude Code, Grok Build plugin caches and any runner process), recorded in the maintainer's private runbook.
• The repository is archived after the README PR merges.

Acceptance criteria

• README notice on main; gh repo view toolboxmd/model-router --json isArchived reports true.
• Each machine's check and removal recorded in the runbook.

Non-goals

• Code changes, a final release, or migrating stored jobs.
• Delisting from toolboxmd/marketplace (separate repository and publication change; reported to the user).

Archiving waits for the user's merge of the README PR.
