What changed: Version 1.4.0 is prepared for PRs #130 and #131; this PR changes only VERSION, the three plugin manifests and the CHANGELOG.md heading.
Why: the parser fixes (#128) and the Cue import and procedure-read report (#129) reach rocky, cavallo and bestia only through a release.
So what: merging publishes v1.4.0 and wakes Marketplace promotion; the user approved merge, release and install on 2026-10-19. After that, 1.4.0 is installed on all three machines.

Contents (both merged to main after Grok review rounds, Opus high final review and green CI)

PR Issue Change
#130 #128 Parse sectioned direction blocks, Codex {secs, nanos} durations and Read calls, Grok MCP timing; read success state
#131 #129 Read-only Cue and ContextMD read import; cue report of procedure reads vs session-wide holdout

Version: minor

#131 adds a compatible capability (cue command, Cue import in sync, optional export field). health stays exit 0 for optional Cue gaps.

Install note: the privacy version moves to 10, so the first sync re-imports every source (bestia: about 36,000). The last such first sync peaked at 6.7 GB of memory on bestia.

Proof

python3 -m unittest discover -s tests on this head: Ran 911 tests ... OK.
