Selected the language is English but settings are shown in Spanish, I guess

Expected behavior

Language should always be in the base language.

Your screenshot is the Study → Settings screen (Player / Legendas / Áudio / …), and that whole area still had Portuguese strings hardcoded in the components instead of going through the translation files — so the language setting was right, the screen just ignored it. PR #332 routes those strings through i18n (1,125 new keys); I've asked for four small fixes on it and it merges after that. Keeping this open until it lands.
