Datalake version of ton-index-worker

Added flag for slightly different operation mode for the indexer:

• add timestamp from transaction to all entities to allow explicit partitioning on the further steps
• include body_boc and init_state_boc into message rows, ignore message_contents (Denormalization)
• skip account_states insert and add balance/code_hash information to every transaction (if state is available)
