Claude Code plugin for structured feature development: Query → Research → Spec → Plan → Implement.
Each step produces a reviewable artifact in ./qrspi/<feature>/. The human gates every transition.

- Code is the source of truth. QRSPI artifacts are disposable scaffolding — delete
./qrspi/<feature>/after merge. - Humans gate every transition. No auto-chaining between steps.
- Each step has a single job. Query asks questions. Research gathers facts. Spec defines what. Plan defines how. Implement executes.
