Workspace rows were 36px tall on a 37px pitch while session rows were 30/31, and an expanded workspace group ended with only a 4px gap before the next project. Measured against Codex (project rows, session rows and group gaps all read off a 1:1 CSS-pixel capture), every list transition now matches: session -> session 31px workspace row -> first session 31px expanded group end -> next row 40px collapsed workspace -> workspace 31px The 10px bottom margin sits on the workspace child list rather than the group wrapper on purpose: only an expanded group earns the extra gap, collapsed project rows stay on the plain 31px rhythm exactly as Codex does.

收起项目栏时只有顶栏有过渡动画、项目栏瞬间消失。根因是
globals.css里:where(html, body, *)的全局颜色过渡是无 layer 规则，会整条盖掉 Tailwind 的transition-*工具类（无 layer 胜过@layer utilities），侧栏的宽度过渡从未生效。宽度过渡改写进globals.css，visibility收起时延迟到动画结束、展开时立即恢复，并补了守这条契约的回归断言。发布
CMakeLists.txt与vcpkg.json同步到 0.9.12，本地 tagv0.9.12。acecode-0.9.12-windows-x64.zip，17396501 字节，sha2566f53a3eddece258dfa1f511f0bb00f4db852f3edbd31eec57e300d57f8888d7a。验证
前端单测 0 失败，
pnpm build通过，Release 全量构建通过，C++ 单测 3856 项通过（6 项为联网门控跳过），升级相关 52 项单测通过，acecode.exe --version输出acecode v0.9.12。
