Adds external speech recognition with microphone selection, recording controls, configurable shortcuts, and automatic settings persistence. Improves archived-session browsing with 100-row incremental rendering, undo/view toast actions, and stable sidebar refreshes.
Synchronizes the local acecode-release workflow and macOS compact-package checks into the repository skill, retaining existing build locking, dry-run support, Windows runtime/WhatsApp packaging, and exact public manifest checks. Includes the previously ignored quick-validation regression script.
Validation:
OpenSpec: add-speech-recognition; improve-archived-session-browser. Browser interaction evidence and platform limitations are recorded in their design/task documents. No new macOS/Linux hardware validation or replacement of the running Desktop was performed for this submission.
