Improve narrow-window editing, desktop-office session switching, and provider request reliability.

• Collapse sidebars as the transcript narrows, preserve editor drafts in resizable popups, and retain readable composer model/file labels.
• Select recent sessions from catalog shards and load model context asynchronously so office switching does not block.
• Preserve per-session cache keys for ACEModel Chat Completions and Responses; restrict Responses tool selection to supported client functions and validate streamed reasoning/tool identity.
• Include both OpenSpec changes and their verification records.

Validation:

• Windows Release executable and unit-test build succeeded.
• 71 provider/cache/prefix tests and 23 session/catalog tests passed.
• pnpm test and pnpm build passed; regex compatibility check passed.
• Composer-label, responsive-sidebar, and desktop-office browser smoke tests passed (77 desktop-office checks, no browser errors or external requests).
• Both OpenSpec changes passed strict validation; git diff --cached --check passed.
• Live ACEModel Responses smoke: after the cold request, cache hit rates were 98.80% and 98.56%; server usage records matched.

Browser test output:

[pass] production composer keeps full names, clips only when constrained, restores on resize, and preserves menu details
[pass] all four open/closed combinations survive popup, resize and reload
[pass] real preview width, compact popup navigation, editor DOM and unsaved draft survive responsive transitions
[pass] popup widths persist across reload and temporary viewport clamps without changing docked widths or open/closed preferences
