Hi there, I'm Timo! πŸ‘‹

I'm an MSc Computing student at Imperial College London, finishing my thesis at the Personal, Assistive, and Intelligent Robotics (PAIR) Lab under the supervision of Prof. Nicole Salomons. I'm broadly interested in ML applied to high-stakes domains, human-robot interaction, and building things that actually work in the real world.

πŸŽ“ University & Professional

  • MSc Thesis β€” Task-Aware Social Robot for Students with ADHD β€” Code A study companion running on the Reachy Mini robot, combining real-time engagement detection (LCAS engagement detector), facial emotion recognition (EmotiEffLib), and a voice assistant built on Huggin Face's speech-to-speech architecture that steps in when a student drifts off task. Supervised by Prof. Nicole Salomons at the PAIR Lab.

  • MSc Computing Cheatsheets β€” Code LaTeX cheatsheets for Imperial's MSc Computing programme, shared publicly in the hope future students find them useful.

  • Courseworks β€” gitlab.doc.ic.ac.uk/ttm25 Imperial uses GitLab for all coursework submissions, with some of them being private.

  • NeetCode Submissions β€” Code My worked solutions to NeetCode's data structures and algorithms problems, one commit per attempt.

πŸ› οΈ Personal & Productivity

  • Study Tracker β€” Code A macOS menu bar app for timed Pomodoro sessions: native notifications, post-session focus logging, an app blocker that quits distractions while you work, distraction analytics, and guided breathing exercises. Everything stays in local SQLite - no accounts, no network.

  • World Cup Live Tracker β€” Code A macOS menu bar app showing live FIFA World Cup 2026 scores. No terminal needed after the one-time build.

  • Strava Map β€” Code Visualise all your Strava activities as GPS traces on an interactive London map β€” spot the gaps, discover new areas, plan your next run.

  • Housing Finder (Private) An automated tool that pulls property listings out of portal alert emails, filters them against hard criteria, scores the survivors with an LLM, and sends a ranked digest every morning. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to hear more about the exact build.

  • Job Finder (Private) The same idea applied to the job hunt: aggregates postings from alerts, job boards, and company career pages, scores them against my own criteria with an LLM, and delivers a daily digest plus a tracker that learns from my ratings.

Feel free to reach out if you'd like to collaborate or chat about ML, robotics, or anything in between!
