The agent stored batch-1 tensors in the trajectory buffer, so PPO/ICM stacked to (T, 1, D) and crashed on a dim mismatch; squeeze that leading batch dim, keep PPO/ICM minibatches at least size 1, and turn training back on. Align the remaining v2 wire checks (reserved button bits, key overlap, empty TEXT), apply RESET on the client tick thread after disconnect, and make `python -m mineagent.run` call run() instead of debug().
Apply google-java-format to the v2 action types/tests and ruff-format the action test client. Run `pixi run gradle-build` from the repo root instead of cd'ing into forge first, give the Spotless hook a writable Gradle temp dir, and run pytest on ubuntu-latest rather than an undefined OS matrix.
