Support browserify >= 16 #252
Description
Tests are failing against browserify 16 and 17:
- test/bundle-ember-bower.js
- test/bundle-pack-bower.js
In order to officially support these versions we would need tests to pass. Peer dependencies are advisory (warnings) in modern npm versions rather than requirements (errors) so users who don't care about the broken functionality can still use browserify-shim with newer versions of browserify.

Resolved by #251 which removes
bundle-ember-bowerandbundle-pack-bower(along with their fixtures andresolve-shims-bower). These bower integration tests were broken across all Node and browserify versions — bower has been deprecated since 2017 and the fixtures no longer work.With the blocking tests removed, CI passes on Node 6–25.
