Use txt editor to open the bat file
Make changes for the following parameters:
PN=your personal user.name
PM=your personal user.email
WPN=your workplace user.name
WPM=your workplace user.email
Place the switchgit.bat to C:\user\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Batch\ or any path you want
Open your control panel > user > user account > environmental variable > Path > modify > add C:\user\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Batch\ to it
You may also need a reboot to make it works
Then you can open the console and type switchgit to run it
