This update improves phenotype provenance in reports and reduces sensitive data retained by the FASTA mapping cache. It also refines the web interface for database browsing and mobile layouts.

New features:

• Phenotype assessments and report summaries now preserve the source label for the winning severity rank, choosing the most frequent label with a deterministic tie-break.

Bug fixes:

Improvements:

• FASTA mapping caching now stores only sequence checksums and feature mappings; database migrations purge legacy cached headers, sequences, lengths, and timestamps while preserving mappings.
• Database browsing, comparison layouts, and plots have improved presentation and responsiveness, including on smaller screens.

Breaking changes:

• Phenotype assessment and report labels may now use source-specific wording instead of canonical rank labels.
• Cached FASTA sequences and headers are no longer retained, so synced reports cannot reconstruct alignment visualizations from the cache.
