It would be nice to allow independent updating of a database with a single function (e.g. RVDB), without having to reinstall all. Should be feasible by deleting just the database you want to reinstall, but there are intermediate files that are missing for the associated rules so there is still a load of downloading of the other database(s) that are happening.
